Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing mix
    1/2 c. bouillon
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Form into loaf.
    Bake 30 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
    Pour catsup over loaf and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and oregano.
    Bake 20 minutes longer.
