Snowbound Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 (6 oz.) cans chicken or use leftovers
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can chicken noodle soup
    2 cans Chinese rice noodles or use chow mein noodles
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 pkg. frozen fillets of sole, partly thawed (haddock or perch will do)
Preparation
    In a large skillet (or electric frying pan), saute onion and celery until soft.
    Stir in tomato sauce, salt, curry powder, pepper and green pepper.
    Add dashes of hot sauce to taste (optional).
