Salmon Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon (remove skins)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. horseradish
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. pecans
    salt and pepper (as desired)
Preparation
    Mash salmon with fork.
    Add next 3 ingredients.
    Shape into roll (log) with hands.
    Roll into cream cheese, then pecans and chill.
