Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts (floured with small portion of flour)
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil, then add eggs.
Mix dry ingredients.
Then add to creamed mixture.
Add vanilla, floured nuts and diced apples.
Mix well.
Pour into greased pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
