Nell'S Jello Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 3/4 c. hot water
2 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper
2/3 c. diced beets
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation

Dissolve the first 4 ingredients.
Let cool off a bit, then add a little salt and pepper.
Refrigerate until set.
Stir a few times to distribute vegetables evenly.
If you prefer a bit more vegetables and horseradish, you may add to your own taste.
Really good with most meats, especially ham and corned beef.
