Lemon Rick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. Rick
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 c. hot chicken stock
Preparation
    Melt butter in medium saucepan.
    Add rice and mix; saute for about 3 minutes.
    Add parsley, lemon juice and hot chicken stock mix and let simmer for 25 minutes.
