Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken breasts, poached and cut up
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    4 or 5 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. curry (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except cheese.
    Place in large rectangular casserole dish.
    Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Top with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
