Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed carrots
    2 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    vegetable spray
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except cooking spray.
    Stir well. Pour mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish coated with vegetable spray.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
