Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, cut into bite size pieces, lightly cooked and drained
    2 c. carrots, shredded
    1 small onion, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 pkg. (12 oz.) Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix or 1/3 loaf homemade bread, cut up
    1/3 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix dressing with butter.
    Mix all ingredients with 1/2 of dressing mix.
    Put in casserole and top with balance of dressing. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
