Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. minced onions
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Mix beef, bread crumbs, onions, egg and parsley. Shape into meat balls.
    In skillet, brown meat balls.
    Pour off drippings. Stir in soup and 1/2 can of water (or milk).
    Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Stir often.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
