Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cooked
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
1 c. finely chopped pecans
marshmallows
Preparation

Mash potatoes with salt, sugar and oleo.
Shape into balls the size of walnuts.
Roll in pecans.
Arrange in shallow baking dish. Make a dent in ball with thumb.
Place a marshmallow in dent. Bake at 300\u00b0 until marshmallow is melted and brown.
