Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. cornstarch
fresh sliced peaches
1 pkg. Jell-O (yellow)
1 pie shell, cooked and cooled
Cool Whip
Preparation

Boil sugar, water and cornstarch until clear.
Remove from heat.
Add Jell-O; cool.
Put peaches in pie shell.
Pour mixture over peaches.
Refrigerate to jell.
