Oven Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
    1/2 tsp. soda
    8 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
    Combine sugar, margarine, syrup, salt and flavoring.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add soda.
    Pour mixture over popcorn; mix well.
    Scatter in large shallow pan. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
