Cheesecake Brownies(Yield One 9 X 9-Inch Pan) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
10 Tbsp. (1 1/4 sticks) margarine
6 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix cream cheese with 1/3 cup sugar and 1 egg until light and fluffy; set aside.
Cream margarine with sugar, then beat in 2 eggs, one at a time.
Beat until fluffy; add cocoa.
Stir in a mixture of flour, baking powder and salt; blend.
Add vanilla. Spoon half of chocolate mixture into greased 9 x 9-inch pan. Spoon cheese mixture over chocolate layer.
Add remaining chocolate mixture by spoonfuls to cover cheese layer.
Spread carefully.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Cool before cutting.
