Rotini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    1 (16 oz.) bag shredded cheese (Colby and Monterey)
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 box rotini pasta
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Prepare pasta as directed on box.
    Brown ground beef, bell pepper, onion and garlic.
    Drain off grease. Turn to medium heat. Add tomatoes, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce.
    Simmer for 10 minutes. Turn stove off and add Ricotta cheese. Drain pasta and put in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix pasta, ground beef mixture and 1/2 bag shredded cheese.
    Place remaining cheese on top. Cover and bake in preheated 300\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
