Grandma'S Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg whites together until stiff peaks form. Set aside. In large bowl, blend remaining ingredients including egg yolks. Fold in egg whites. Lightly oil skillet and spoon in 1/4 cup of pancake batter for each pancake. When bubbles form on top, turn pancake. Continue to cook until golden on bottom.
