Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
1/3 cup oil
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix together the cake mix, eggs and oil; reserve 1 cup. Press remaining mixture into ungreased 9x13 in. pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Beat together the cream cheese, lemon juice and eggs; spread over crust. Top with reserved crust. Bake additional 15 minutes. Refrigerate and cut into bars. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
