Sweet Potato Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter or margarine
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. canned milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except pecans and mix well.
Stir in pecans.
Bake in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 until knife in center comes out clean.
