Mom'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. Crisco plus 2 Tbsp.
    5 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and Crisco, blend together until it resembles coarse meal, sprinkle with the water, stir with fork until all dry ingredients are moistened, shape into a ball. Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
    Makes 2 single pie crusts or crust for a 2 crust pie.
