Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into bowl.
    Stir in egg and milk and mix together.
    Just before completely blended, add melted shortening. Stir together.
    Add washed and drained blueberries, gently stirring into mixture.
    Pour into baking cups or greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes until very lightly browned. Delicious served warm.
