Whipped Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. ice water
1 tsp. artificial sweetener
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Chill small mixer bowl and beaters.
In small chilled mixer bowl, combine all ingredients.
Blend at low speed until moistened; beat at high speed until soft peaks form, scraping bowl occasionally.
Serve immediately as a topping for desserts, cakes or salads.
Yields 2 1/2 cups, 10 1/4 servings, 1/4 cup = free.
