Chicken In Tarragon Sauce(French) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pieces skinless chicken (2 drumsticks, 2 thighs and 2 boneless breasts)
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. good chicken stock
    2 bay leaves
    1 sprig fresh thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. fresh pepper
    1 tsp. potato starch, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    1 tsp. fresh tarragon
Preparation
    Place drumsticks and thighs along with wine, onion, stock, bay leaves, thyme, salt and pepper in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
    reduce heat; cover and boil gently, about 10 minutes.
    Add breast meat; cover and boil another 10 minutes.
    Transfer meat to a dish; keep warm.
