Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    3 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 can blueberries, drained, or 1 c. fresh
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add alternately milk and dry ingredients.
    Gently add blueberries. Bake in greased muffin tins at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
