Low-Fat Pumpkin Cake Or Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
4 extra large beaten eggs
2 c. sugar or honey
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. oil
1 big can pumpkin (28 oz.)
12 oz. bag chocolate chips (can replace chips with raisins for lower fat)
4 ripe bananas
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
In a very large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thickened.
Add oil and beat.
Add ripe bananas and applesauce and beat.
With mixer on low, alternately add dry ingredients and pumpkin, beating smooth with each addition.
End with dry ingredients.
Stir in chips and/or raisins.
