Chicken Almond Crunch - cooking recipe

1 c. shredded cheese
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. toasted almonds
3 c. cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. celery
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper
poultry seasoning
pastry for 2 (9-inch) crusts
Preparation

Toss flour into cheese.
Combine 3/4 cup cheese, 1/2 cup almonds and remaining ingredients except pastry; mix well.
Roll pastry into 15-inch square.
Fit pastry into 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
Trim to 1 inch beyond edge.
Fill with meat mixture.
Top with remaining cheese and almonds.
Bake 35 minutes at 400\u00b0.
