Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 layer size) box German chocolate cake mix
    1 bag caramels
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Prepare cake mix according to directions.
    Pour half of batter into prepared pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
