Zucchini Pasta Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small zucchini, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 Tbsp. butter
3 c. water
1 small pkg. fine egg noodles
1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 tsp. dried basil
2 tsp. dried parsley
shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute zucchini and onion in butter until tender.
Add water and noodles; cook until noodles have just become soft.
Add tomatoes, basil and parsley.
Remove from heat.
Reheat just before serving so noodles will not become to soft.
Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
