Chocolate Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 large chocolate instant pudding
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. mini or regular semi-sweet morsels
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients together.
Pour batter into two loaf pans (sprayed with Pam).
Cover sides and bottom of pans with mixture of cinnamon and sugar as well as top of dough.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve alone or with cream cheese.
