Sarah'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked
    1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
    1/2 can evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes until done, then peel and mash sweet potatoes.
    Mix 2 eggs and sugar; add 1 stick margarine and evaporated milk and cinnamon and milk well.
    Add sweet potatoes to mixture; mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust and cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until done.
