Chicken And Rice Bake* - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
3/4 c. long grain rice (raw)
1/2 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. celery, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 lb. chicken pieces
paprika
Preparation

Stir first 6 ingredients together.
Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan and add mixture.
Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
Place on mixture.
Cover with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 20 minutes longer.
(Serves 8.) Exchange:
1 meat, 1 milk and 1 bread.
