Snappy Cheese Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cheese, extra sharp grated (room temperature)
    1 stick butter (room temperature)
    1 tsp. cayenne
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Knead by hand until smooth.
    Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven 15 to 20 minutes.
    They burn easily so watch them.
