Peach Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 c. fresh sliced peaches (if canned, drain)
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In 2-quart baking dish, toss peaches with granulated sugar and cinnamon.
In mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and salt.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Sprinkle this mixture evenly over peaches. Sprinkle the top with nuts.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve with sour cream.
