Cheesy Zucchini Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 c. shredded zucchini (about 2 medium)
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 c. spaghetti sauce
    9 uncooked lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, all the zucchini, Ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Spread 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce in ungreased 11 x 7-inch rectangular baking dish. Top with 3 noodles.
    Spread half the cheese mixture over noodles in dish.
    Top with 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce.
    Repeat with 3 noodles, remaining cheese mixture and 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce.
    Top with remaining noodles and sauce.
    Bake, covered, in preheated oven about 1 hour until noodles are tender.
    Remove from oven. Sprinkle with reserved Mozzarella.
    Let stand, uncovered, 15 minutes before cutting.
    Makes 6 servings.
