Quick English Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    canned buttermilk biscuits
    cornmeal
Preparation
    Separate each biscuit and flatten out to size and shape of an English muffin. Dredge each in cornmeal.
    Heat greased skillet over medium heat.
    Brown biscuits 7 minutes on each side.
    Spread with butter, jelly or preserves.
