Capoletti(Italian Hats) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork
    1/2 lb. veal
    1/2 lb. beef
    1/4 lb. salt pork
    1 clove garlic
    1 chicken breast
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 handfuls grated cheese
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Grind all meat together; set aside.
    Grind salt pork and garlic.
    Fry salt pork and garlic until brown; strain.
    Add ground meat and cook until meat is well done.
    When filling is done, put in a large bowl (do not use grease).
    Add salt, pepper, grated cheese and nutmeg (to taste).
    Mix well.
