Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
2/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 grated onion
1 c. cream corn
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together, except for cheese.
Pour half of the batter into a greased pan.
Sprinkle cheese over batter.
Pour remaining batter on top and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
