Baked Hickory Smoked Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Wrap ham in aluminum foil.
    Place in a large broiler type pan. Bake in a slow oven at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes per pound, allowing an extra 30 minutes for the ham to heat through and through.
    At the end of cooking, carefully pull away foil.
    (Watch the steam!)
    Cut away the hard skin and score the fat on both sides of the ham.
    Mix sauce and pour over ham.
    Return to 400\u00b0 oven and brown for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Turn ham over and repeat the sauce and brown on that side.
