Southern Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken parts
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper for seasoning
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. water, mushroom juice or white wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Dredge chicken parts in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Place chicken in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with margarine. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour mixture over chicken.
    Cover casserole.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
