Sylvia'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. squash
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 eggs
    1 small can Carnation milk
    1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing, cornbread style
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in water with a little salt until tender. Drain off excess liquid. Mash up the squash and onion a little. Add margarine and 3/4 c. of grated cheese. Stir until melted. Beat eggs and add milk and blend well. Add this to squash mixture. Add stuffing mix to squash mixture, mixing well.
