Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen cut green beans or 2 cans drained French-style green beans
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. diced pimento
    1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
Preparation
    Cook frozen beans in salted water (drain if using canned beans but omit salt).
    Combine milk, soup and pepper and pour over beans.
    Add 1/2 can onions.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Garnish with 1/2 can onions and pimento; bake for additional 5 minutes.
    Serves 6.
