Whole Wheat Honey Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake yeast
    1 1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. milk
    3 tbsp. shortening
    1/4 c. honey
    1 tbsp. salt
    4 c. sifted flour
    4 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in water.
    Scald milk, add shortening, honey and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add softened yeast and flours.
    Knead well, cover and let rise until doubled.
    Punch down and shape into 2 loaves.
    Place in greased loaf pans, cover and let rise until double again.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
