Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1/3 c. fresh orange juice
cinnamon and sugar (for topping)
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 can blueberry pie filling
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except pie filling and cinnamon and sugar for topping.
Pour 1/2 of batter into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
Spoon pie filling over batter.
Add rest of batter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
