Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white Crisco
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. ice water
15 drops yellow food coloring
Preparation

With table knife, cut together first four ingredients until finely crumbled.
Add combined ice water and food coloring.
Mix all again.
With hands, press mixture into two round balls, one slightly larger for bottom crust, small one for top.
Roll out. Use 8-inch pie pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 425\u00b0, then 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Use any leftover scraps of crust for decoration.
