Asparagus Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 tsp. well drained prepared white horseradish
    6 (2 x 4-inch) pieces smoked salmon
    6 asparagus spears (4 inches long), cooked
Preparation
    In bowl, cream together the cream cheese, parsley and horseradish.
    Spread 1 tablespoon of the mixture over each salmon strip.
    Place asparagus over cheese on the long side and roll up. Chill 1 hour.
    Before serving, use a sharp knife to cut each roll into four 1-inch pieces and serve.
    Serves 12.
