Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 deep dish pie shell, unbaked
Preparation

In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 20 to 25 minutes longer.
Cool.
