Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boneless shoulder pork roast
    15 oz. can tomato sauce with tomato bits
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
Preparation
    Bake pork roast until very done.
    Cut into string strips and pieces.
    Throw away fat.
    Put in large saucepan with onion and pepper; cook until pepper and onion are soft.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least 1 hour.
