Swedish Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. rice
    1 qt. milk
    3 large eggs
    1/3 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook rice in milk in double boiler until tender.
    Put in casserole.
    Add 4 small or 3 large eggs (beaten slightly), sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Bake in pan of water one hour at 350\u00b0 or until custard is set.
