Broccoli Hollywood - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Blend 1/4 cup cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoons butter or margarine. Sprinkle on top.
Bake in 350\u00b0
oven for 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
