Sole With Mushrooms, Lemon And Parmesan Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 small sole fillets (1 1/4 lb.)
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
    1 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms, fresh
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. crushed thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated lemon peel
    dash of nutmeg
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    paprika
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, parsley and mushrooms in 3 tablespoons margarine. Stir constantly until onions become soft.
    Mix in thyme.
    Place fillets in greased baking dish; pour sauteed ingredients over fish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon peel to taste.
    Pour wine over all.
    Dot with remaining margarine.
