Saxapahash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    6 green onions
    1 c. sour cream (room temperature)
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
    garlic salt
    8 oz. small noodles
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; add sugar, salt, garlic salt and tomato sauce.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Chop onions and mix with sour cream and cream cheese.
    Cook noodles; drain.
